The New Testament is the part of the Christian Bible consists of a canonical ensemble (authorized) of books written after the birth of Jesus of Nazareth. He means well from Tertullian in the Christian Church. Unlike the Tanakh or Old Testament, Christians do not have this part of the Bible in common with the Jews. The term "testament" comes from the Hebrew Berith ("alliance", "compact", "agreement" or "arrangements between two parties") through Greek and Latin diatheke testamentum. Therefore, in its original meaning is the New Covenant, New Covenant or New Covenant. Older versions of New Testament texts that remain are written in Greek called Koine, the lingua franca in the Eastern Merranean in Roman times.Most experts believe that this was the language originally drafted, although some books may have been written first in Hebrew or Aramaic, the Semitic language spoken by Jesus and his environment. Moreover, according to The Spanish language page the name Old and New Testament to designate the parties that divided the Bible comes from a bug in the Latin translators of the Greek version of the Bible, who translated the Greek word as testamentum diatheke , which could mean, really two things: 'Desire' or 'will', and 'agree' or 'agreement'.The name of the Bible in Greek refers to the ancient and the new covenant of God with men rather than a will, which would not make any sense. For both religions may retain the name of tradition.
