It was just 12 years ago in 1996 that Rakesh K. Kaul joined Alan Quasha at the helm of Hanover Direct Inc., when he was appointed president and chief executive officer. The actual strat date for Mr. Kaul was March 7. that is when he joined the team at the board of directors.

Kaul is knoen as a highly experienced executive with a rich management past. Joining the other board members, including Alan Quasha, and investment manager and hedge fund leader, meant a great step forward for Hanover Direct Inc.

Quasha has not been quoted in a lot of the press mediums as to this appointment, and thus, it is not known as exactly what his position on this move is. What can be said for sure is that Mr. Quasha is continuing with his financial activities and leadership roles regardless of the current economic tides.
